The puppy's first groom sets the tone for the rest of their life. A stressful salon experience at 12 weeks can create a grooming-averse adult dog. Our puppy package is specifically designed to be gentle, short, and positive. We introduce the puppy to the bath, blow-dryer (low setting), brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning at a pace they can handle. The goal is to end with a happy, comfortable puppy — not a perfect groom.
